1. Admission Process Schedule:

* Circular for Nursery Registration: 10th January 2026.
* Online Registration for Admission: 11th January 2026-13th January 2026.
* List of eligible candidates for Draw of Lots: 15th January 2026.
* Draw of Lots: 17th January 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
* Display list of Selected Candidates: 20th January 2026.
* Collection of slips by selected candidates for the admission process: 28 to 30" January 2026.
* Filling of Admission form: 1st to 13th February 2026.
* Last Date for Deposit of Fee by selected candidates: 13thFebruary 2026.

2. Criteria for Admissions:

Only born between 1* April 2022 to 31" March 2023 are eligible for NURSERY.

Seats Breakup:
a. EWS:-The school has independently been educating children from the E.D.G. (Economically Disadvantage Group) since 2014.
Kindly note: This is an entirely voluntary exercise as the school being a Private, and Unaided school does not come under the purview of the RTE in the matter of 25% reservation for the seats for E.D.G.
b. Preference will be given Siblings, Management, and Staff wards, single mother child. Conditions apply.
c. General:- Remaining Seats.

5. Documents Required for Admissions:

* Students: Birth Certificate, Adhaar Card
Parents: Adhaar Card, PAN card, Voter Card, Passport, Driving License, Any other Govt. Identification.
* Single parents: Suitable supporting documentation indicating legal custody of the child by the applicant. e.g.: Divorce papers/court orders/death certificates etc.
* Legal Guardian (if any): Suitable documents indicating legal custody of the child.
* Photos: A recent passport-sized photograph of the child (not more than 1 month old) with the child's name, and date of taking the photograph printed below.
* Latest standing photograph of the parents (full Postcard-sized) with the child and siblings. Not more than one month old. (Sample Shown)
It foreign national, please attach the following documents: Valid Passport, Valid Visa + Residential Permit, or PIO Card/OCl Card.
* Children who are differently abled and can be mainstreamed: The learning Disability Certificate issued by the certifying authority designated under sub-section 1, section 57 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. The certificate must clearly state the nature and percentage of disability. Detailed assessment report, indicating that the child can be mainstreamed.
* Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe/ Other Backward Classes: SC Certificate of the Child issued by the appropriate authority, ST Certificate of the Child issued by the appropriate authority, OBC Certificate of the Child issued by the appropriate authority.
